(1) We are the original manufacturer of Tianli brand floor mats, established in 1999, with 23 years of industry experience. We have stable supply, fast delivery, and support dropshipping.

(2) Color: The products are all shot in kind. Due to factors such as shooting light and display, there may be differences. The actual product shall prevail.

(3) Express delivery: For large quantities, multiple packages will be sent. Please contact customer service to inquire about the specific number of packages and tracking numbers, especially for customers of consolidated warehouses, please be sure to contact customer service for all tracking numbers.

(4) Reminder: It is inevitable that some minor defects such as small scratches, small scuffs, small pores, small cuts, small color differences, thickness differences (±1~2mm), and dissipated new product odor (including but not limited to the above phenomena) will occur during the production, packaging, and transportation of the product. These are all normal phenomena in the industry. The products are screened before shipment, and even if there may be some minor defects, the shipped goods are all normal first-grade products. Please be cautious when placing an order if you are concerned.

(5) Intercepted orders may not be successfully intercepted. Please have the recipient refuse to accept the package.

(6) Orders with changed addresses may not be successfully changed. Please do not sign for the package at the original address and inform the delivery person that the address needs to be changed.
