This bowl is double-layered, with a stainless steel inner layer and a PP outer layer. It is formed by pressing two molds together. It is normal for water to get into the middle of the bowl because stainless steel and plastic cannot be glued together, and the bowl is not glued anyway. It's for the baby's health, and using glue would be counterproductive. Therefore, if you cannot accept this phenomenon, please do not purchase it. This is not a quality issue as it will not affect use, please be aware. Because this bowl is pressed from two molds, due to the principle of thermal expansion and contraction, when you wash the bowl, water will seep into the middle interlayer. This is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the use of the bowl at all. To avoid this, try not to use cold water when cleaning in the future, but use warm water, and do not use steel wool to clean it, but try to use a pure cotton cloth.
